Adeana Axler was first introduced to me in late July 2015, when I was in need of support and guidance as I searched for a new home in Toronto. Adeana quickly understood and acknowledged my deep need for emotional support as we explored diverse living spaces in Toronto, and eventually, we found a beautiful, new condominium in downtown Toronto - which became for me 'home' in the fullest sense of the word - for the past 6 years. 

Recently, in late October 2021, my husband David and I called on Adeana - in response to a newsletter announcing a condominium to be constructed in Picton, Prince Edward County. Not only did our marvelous Adeana 'come to our rescue' in wisdom and experience, she also scaffolded and secured our request for a specific, most-desired unit, and she guided us in all relevant questions and needed decisions. She continues to send us most informative updates on this property's development.

When we decided to put our house up for sale we met with three real estate agents before being introduced to Adeana . We were looking for an agent who was familiar with our neighbourhood, had a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business, and was sensitive to our individual situation.

What we got was an experienced agent who understood our situation. Furthermore, when the offers started to come in, and some of them were quite reasonable and we were tempted to accept, Adeana gave us sage advice to be patient and she would negotiate a better price.

It was a pleasant surprise when Adeana and Nancy were able to get an increase on one of the original offers. The increase was a significant amount of money to us, but made little difference to the agents, demonstrating that they were dedicated to getting us maximum price and not simply interested in making a quick sale and commission. The entire process from beginning to end was carried out professionally and with integrity.

We have had the pleasure of working with  Adeana in a professional capacity as well as clients.  We have been impressed on both sides.  As clients though, we were able to see how skilled and experienced negotiators tshe was..  Adeana understood the nuances of strategy and were not afraid to challenge us when we put forth an idea that she thought would hurt our position.  We found this refreshing, intelligent and professional.  We would not hesitate to recommend Adeana as a Real Estate Representatives on both the buy and sell side of your Real Estate transaction. The decision to list our house with Adeana Axler  was an easy one. From our first meeting, their knowledge of the local market and experience was very evident. 
We had a great relationship during the entire process; they were friendly and professional, easy to talk to, always ready to answer our questions, and generally willing to do whatever it took. They helped us understand the current market, and provided us with guidance in how to prepare the house for sale, including suggesting some small changes that had a big impact. We think that the photographs they took, together with the entire presentation of the listing brochure really showed off the house.

Once we put the house on the market, she was very active, always in control. We appreciated the fact that she kept us informed about all the activity that we had during the first days. 
In the end, our house sold very quickly, at asking price, after a few days, in a smooth and stress-free fashion, including a negotiation process with multiple offers. Ultimately, Adeana worked very hard to get us the price we wanted, and for that we will always be thankful.

After selling our house, we decided it made sense to rent for a while.  Adeana were invaluable in the process of finding a rental in a very difficult market, always being very responsive and working with us through some tough lease negotiations.

Working with Adeana to sell our house was an easy choice, and an absolute pleasure.  We sold our house during the pandemic quickly, she proceeded with all safety precautions and made the process so easy for my family.  Adeana’s service and kindness did not stop once we sold the house, she helped us prepare for our move, even take apart furniture, and checked in with how our move went.  Selling a house is usually a stressful process, especially during a pandemic - but we were in the best hands with Adeana and couldn’t be any more grateful for her hardwork and all that she did for us!
